The ages old method of circulating air underneath your hood with an engine driven fan has never been very efficient. Modern cars use an electric fan mounted in a shroud attached directly to your radiator and now you can too. This is a "puller" type fan, meaning it mounts on the engine side of the radiator. The CFM rating is constant, so even at parade speeds your engine will stay much cooler.
