LightSpeed Automotive Technology introduces the HoloShift windshield Head-Up Display (HUD) featuring rev lights, shift light, launch control, and engine warnings. The HoloShift was designed to optimize driver performance through intelligent human factors engineering and innovative optics by providing key information that can be interpreted instantly without the need to divert eyes from the road. A series of five rev lights plus shift light, 500 RPM apart, provide shift timing optimization. Launch lights result in faster reaction times with a green light that lets drivers know they are at launch RPM while amber lights signal to add or let-off gas. Engine warning lights can be connected to any two engine warning signals to prevent missed engine warnings and blown engines. LightSpeed's patented technology provides sharp images and allows use with polarized sunglasses. The HoloShift features quick control dials for RPM calibration and brightness adjustment for day or night. A transparent reflective film applies to the windshield at the driver?s height preference. The unit can quickly unclip from it?s mount to store out of sight. The mount is secured to the dash with double-sided adhesive tape. Wire installation is similar to most aftermarket tachometers with the addition of optional engine warning signals. The HoloShift weighs 0.6lbs (including wiring), measures 5" x 2.5" x 1" and is proudly designed and manufactured in the USA.
