This neat unit can be hidden behind the dash and is made to plug in-line between your radio and the antenna cable. It has a stereo headphone/microphone port with a long lead in order to connect to your iPod, mp3 player, cell phone or even an old Walkman. RediRad provides the auxiliary-input you want in your Ford or Mercury without any modifications to the radio or the car: Enjoy your favorite music using any 'smart'-phone, portable CD, i-device, MP-3 player, or satellite radio dock through either the functional factory radio or any aftermarket stereo! Choose RediRad model FM if your radio tunes in FM broadcast signals. If your radio does not have an FM band (it's AM-only), then trust the RediRad models AM/N to seamlessly provide the "AUX IN" capability without replacing the existing system!
