This aluminum radiator is manufactured to the strictest tolerances. Not only is it heli-arc welded and vacuum brazed, but the core is reinforced with a special high temperature epoxy that provides additional tube to header strength and helps prevent vibration failure. This process is Q-1 approved by the Ford motor company, one of the toughest quality standards in the industry. This radiator has 2 rows, and features 1 1/4 inch tube cores. This will provide superior cooling to original 4-row copper/brass radiators. These radiators are 100% manufactured in the USA. While it has a top tank which resembles OE it is not the exact same dimensions as the original. Because of this original or reproduction fan shrouds may not fit them without modification.
2 row aluminum radiator fits V8 small block cars with automatic transmissions. This downflow radiator features 1 inch tube size and top right, bottom right hose configuration.
