Now available is this duplicate of the original Fairlane GT style hood from Auto Metal Direct. It will work great on original GTs, or standard models that are being upgraded to look like a GT. You will find the quality of this hood justifies the cost, and provides a superior finished product as compared to repairing a damaged or rusty original if you can even find one. It is truly a premium grade restoration product. Like any replacement sheetmetal, make sure you fit carefully to the car before applying final paint. There was enough variation in original build dimensions that this step will produce the results your restoration deserves.
