These boots have plastic hangers instead of snaps. The hangers slide under the chrome moulding to secure the boot.
Convertible top boots really add that "finished look" to any ragtop that has the top down. Over time the original boots were subject to damage & shrinkage from temperature extremes. You can return that "finished look" to your vintage car by adding a new convertible top boot.
